Document{{en=After a short and interesting visit to the small but valuable seventeenth-century chapel of St. John the Baptist, continue along San Giovanni street uphill and after a few meters you will encounter the ancient 18th-century lever press, a true witness to Grosio's working culture. Then continue north on path N256, in about half an hour's walk you will arrive at the ancient rural nucleus of Vernuga Alta, composed of some pre-modern stone houses of great charm perched on a promontory overlooking the valley. Now take the altitude, always on path N256, until you intersect, after about half an hour, path N254, which is immediately much flatter than the previous one and which will allow you to stroll relaxing and enjoying the splendid view of Grosio. Proseguite poi verso nord sul sentiero N256, in circa mezz'ora di cammino arriverete all'antico nucleo rurale della Vernuga Alta, composto da alcune dimore premoderne in pietrame di grande fascino adagiate su un promontorio che domina la valle. Portatevi ora in quota, sempre sul sentiero N256, fino ad incrociare, dopo circa mezz'ora, il sentiero N254, che si presenta da subito molto piu' pianeggiante del precedente e che vi consentira' di passeggiare rilassandovi e godendo della splendida vista su Grosio. In pochi minuti giungerete al piccolo insediamento rurale di Arzuga, laddove parte il sentiero di discesa N242, un'antica e stretta mulattiera militare che vi condurra' in pochi minuti alla Cannoniera della Vernuga e, piu' a valle, ai due bunker bellici della Grande Guerra, prima di congiungersi con la via Rovinaccio (sentiero N250) che vi portera' in pochi minuti al centro del paese., de=Nach einem kurzen und interessanten Besuch der kleinen, aber wertvollen sechzehnten Jahrhundert-Kirche S. Geht dann weiter nach Norden auf dem Weg N256, nach etwa einer halben Stunde Fußweg erreicht ihr den alten ländlichen Kern der Vernuga Alta, bestehend aus einigen vormodernen Steinhäusern von großem Charme, die auf einem Vorsprung liegen, der das Tal überblickt. Steigt nun weiter auf, immer auf dem Weg N256, bis ihr nach etwa einer halben Stunde auf den Weg N254 trefft, der von Anfang an viel ebenmäßiger als der vorherige ist und euch entspanntes Gehen mit herrlichem Blick auf Grosio ermöglicht. In wenigen Minuten erreicht ihr die kleine ländliche Siedlung Arzuga, von wo der Abstiegspfad N242 startet, ein alter, schmaler Militärpfad, der euch in wenigen Minuten zur Kanonenstellung der Vernuga und weiter talwärts zu den beiden Bunkern aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg bringt, bevor er sich mit dem Weg Rovinaccio (Weg N250) verbindet, der euch in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum des Ortes führt.}}
