Document{{en=It is a unique route from an ethnographic point of view that offers the possibility to imagine what the rural subsistence economy was like until the 1950s. You can admire the numerous mills where cereals were ground, the Pila where chestnuts were pounded and the Grat where they were laid out to dry, the forge where metal tools were forged, the ovens for baking bread found in all hamlets, the oil mills where oil for combustion was produced. The woods were cultivated as forest for timber exploitation, for chestnut production, and to provide pasture for livestock. Until fifty years ago, the landscape was much less wooded and more open, cultivated with cereals and with many vineyards for wine production. The route starts from the path in the Cavallari district and, ascending, enters a very humid forest made up of chestnut, linden, ash, hop hornbeam, elderberry, birch, poplar, and rowan. Following the signs, you arrive at an abandoned orchard and on the left continue until you meet the Nesina district. Along the path, you can see the Church of St. Joseph, accompanied by suggestive orchards and vineyards. At the height of the fountain, the path continues to Paiosa, located in a panoramic spot. The path follows for a short stretch the mule track that enters Val Malgina and then descends to the Albert district where the Pila and the Mill are located. It descends towards Cortivo where two more mills are found, one for rye and one for buckwheat. It continues for about two hundred meters along a carriage road that leads downhill and from here a path cuts across the meadows until reaching the district of the Pile. Crossing the road again, a path descends to the valley bottom where you return to the starting point passing through the Cavallari forge., it=E un percorso unico dal punto di vista etnografico che offre la possibilit di immaginare come fosse, fino agli anni 50, leconomia rurale di autosufficienza. Si possono ammirare i numerosi mulini dove venivano macinati i cereali, la Pila dove si battevano le castagne e la Grat dove venivano poste a seccare, la fucina nella quale venivano forgiati gli attrezzi metallici, i forni perla cottura del pane presenti in tutte le contrade, i frantoi dove si produceva lolio per combustione. I boschi erano coltivati a selva per Io sfruttamento del legname, perla produzione di castagne e per avere pascolo per il bestiame. Fino a cinquantanni fa il paesaggio era molto meno boschivo e pi aperto, coltivato a cereali e con molte vigne per la produzione del vino. Il percorso parte dal sentiero in contrada Cavallari e, salendo, entra in un bosco molto umido costituito da castagno, tiglio, frassino, orniello, sambuco, betulla, pioppo e sorbo. Seguendo le indicazioni si arriva ad un frutteto abbondonato e sulla sinistra si prosegue tino ad incontrare la contrada Nesina. Lungo il sentiero si scorge la Chiesa di S. Giuseppe, accompagnata da suggestivi frutteti e vigneti. Allaltezza della fontana il sentiero prosegue fino a Paiosa, posta in un punto panoramico. Il percorso segue per un breve tratto la mulattiera che entra in Val Malgina per poi scendere alla contrada dellAlbert dove si trovano la Pila e il Mulino. Si scende verso Cortivo dove si incontrano ancora due mulini, uno per la segale e uno per il grano saraceno. Si prosegue per circa duecento metri lungo una carrozzabile che porta a valle e da qui un sentiero taglia lungo i prati tino ad arrivare alla contrada delle Pile. Attraversata di nuovo la strada, un sentiero scende tino al fondovalle dove si ritorna al punto di partenza passando per la fucina Cavallari., de=Es ist ein einzigartiger ethnographischer Weg, der die Möglichkeit bietet, sich vorzustellen, wie die autarke ländliche Wirtschaft bis in die 1950er Jahre war. Man kann die zahlreichen Mühlen bewundern, in denen Getreide gemahlen wurde, die Pila, in der Kastanien geschlagen wurden, und die Grat, auf der sie zum Trocknen lagen, die Schmiede, in der metallische Werkzeuge geschmiedet wurden, die Öfen für das Brotbacken, die in allen Bezirken vorhanden sind, und die Ölmühlen, in denen Öl zur Verbrennung hergestellt wurde. Die Wälder wurden als Wildwuchs genutzt, um Holz zu schlagen, Kastanien zu produzieren und Weidefläche für das Vieh zu haben. Bis vor fünfzig Jahren war die Landschaft weniger bewaldet und offener, mit Getreidefeldern und vielen Weinbergen für die Weinproduktion. Der Weg beginnt am Pfad im Bezirk Cavallari und steigt dann in einen sehr feuchten Wald mit Kastanien, Linden, Eschen, Fraxinus, Holunder, Birken, Pappeln und Sorbus auf. Den Hinweisen folgend gelangt man zu einem verlassenen Obstgarten und links weiter bis zum Bezirk Nesina. Entlang des Pfades sieht man die Kirche St. Joseph, begleitet von reizvollen Obstgärten und Weinbergen. Auf Höhe des Brunnens führt der Pfad weiter nach Paiosa, die an einem Aussichtspunkt liegt. Der Weg folgt für einen kurzen Abschnitt dem Saumpfad, der ins Val Malgina führt, um dann zum Bezirk d'Albert abzusteigen, wo sich die Pila und die Mühle befinden. Weiter geht es hinab nach Cortivo, wo noch zwei Mühlen zu finden sind, eine für Roggen und eine für Buchweizen. Man folgt etwa zweihundert Meter einer Fahrstraße, die ins Tal führt, und von dort schneidet ein Pfad durch die Wiesen bis zum Bezirk delle Pile. Nachdem man die Straße erneut überquert hat, steigt ein Pfad bis ins Talgrund, wo man am Ausgangspunkt vorbei an der Schmiede Cavallari zurückkehrt.}}
