Document{{en=A dynamic route that alternates between a part on a bicycle path along the Spöl River and a part characterized by forest and art. The route starts in the center of Livigno on an asphalt road and immediately enters the bicycle path. It follows on the bike path for a fairly long stretch made up of flat stretches, false-floors and very slight climbs and descents perfect for warming up the legs before the climb. This section continues to the San Rocco areas passing by Livigno's beautiful small lake.

It is in the San Rocco area that the road completely changes shape. The route leaves the bike path and takes a wide dirt path that immediately presents the one and only real climb. A fairly steady but not too challenging climb that takes you into the middle of the woods where the most enjoyable part of the trail begins. Upon reaching the middle of the woods the trail tightens up and begins an up and down section with fun turns.

The trail then changes conformation again and widens again, one last steady climb that is not too steep and you enter the magnificent Larix Park art trail. This trail, besides being completely immersed in the forest, has sculptures made from elements of nature on either side of the path. A spectacle on two wheels that enchants your senses.

The trail continues slightly downhill to the Teola area past Larix Park and connects to the road. This is followed by a very short section of a few hundred meters on a paved road that leads you to the upper part of the Livigno bike path. At this point you can enjoy a fantastic view of the town. The route follows on the bike path that descends and reconnects with the valley floor bike path made on the outward journey. This is followed by the last flat section on the bike path to stretch your legs and the final stretch on the road that will bring you back to the center of Livigno. A unique route for its beauty and art that also offers beautiful views of the town.

Un percorso dinamico che alterna una parte in ciclabile lungo il fiume Spöl e una parte caratterizzata da bosco e arte. Il percorso parte dal centro di Livigno su strada asfaltata ed entra subito in ciclabile. Segue sulla ciclabile per un tratto abbastanza lungo fatto di tratti pianeggianti, falsopiani e leggerissime salite e discese perfetti per scaldare le gambe prima della salita. Questo tratto prosegue fino alle zone di San Rocco passando per il bellissimo laghetto di Livigno.

È proprio nella zona di San Rocco che la strada cambia completamente forma. Il percorso esce dalla ciclabile ed imbocca un sentiero largo sterrato che presenta subito l'unica e vera salita. Una salita abbastanza costante ma non troppo impegnativa che ti porta nel mezzo del bosco dove inizia la parte più divertente del percorso. Giunti in mezzo al bosco il sentiero si stringe e inizia un tratto di sali e scendi con curve divertenti.

Il sentiero poi cambia conformazione nuovamente e si riallarga, un'ultima salita costante non troppo ripida e si entra nel magnifico sentiero dell'arte del Larix Park. Questo sentiero, oltre ad essere completamente immerso nel bosco, presenta sculture fatte con elementi della natura ai lati del percorso. Uno spettacolo su due ruote che incanta i tuoi sensi.

Il sentiero prosegue in lieve discesa verso la zona di Teola passando per il Larix Park e si collega alla strada. Segue un brevissimo tratto di poche centinaia di metri su strada asfaltata che ti conduce alla parte alta della ciclabile di Livigno. In questo punto potrai godere di una vista fantastica sul paese. Il percorso segue sulla ciclabile che scende e si ricollega alla ciclabile a fondo valle fatta all'andata. Segue l'ultimo tratto pianeggiante in ciclabile per sgranchire le gambe e il tratto finale in strada che ti riporterà nel centro di Livigno. Un percorso unico per la sua bellezza ed arte che offre anche una bellissima visuale sul paese.

Eine dynamische Strecke, die einen Teil entlang des Radwegs am Spöl-Fluss und einen Teil im Wald mit Kunst verbindet. Die Strecke beginnt im Zentrum von Livigno auf Asphalt und geht sofort in den Radweg über. Sie folgt dem Radweg für einen ziemlich langen Abschnitt mit flachen Stellen, leichten Anstiegen und Abfahrten, perfekt zum Aufwärmen der Beine vor der Steigung. Dieser Abschnitt führt weiter bis zum Gebiet von San Rocco und passiert den wunderschönen kleinen See von Livigno.

Gerade im Gebiet von San Rocco ändert sich die Strecke vollständig. Der Weg verlässt den Radweg und führt auf einen breiten Schotterpfad, der sofort den einzigen und echten Anstieg präsentiert. Ein ziemlich gleichmäßiger, aber nicht zu anspruchsvoller Anstieg, der dich mitten in den Wald bringt, wo der unterhaltsamste Teil der Strecke beginnt. Im Wald wird der Weg enger und beginnt ein Abschnitt mit Auf- und Abfahrten und unterhaltsamen Kurven.

Der Weg ändert dann wieder seine Form und wird breiter, ein letzter gleichmäßiger Anstieg, nicht zu steil, führt in den herrlichen Kunstpfad des Larix Parks. Dieser Weg, der vollständig im Wald liegt, zeigt Skulpturen aus Naturelementen entlang des Pfades. Ein Spektakel auf zwei Rädern, das deine Sinne verzaubert.

Der Weg führt leicht bergab in Richtung Teola, passiert den Larix Park und verbindet sich mit der Straße. Es folgt ein sehr kurzer Abschnitt von wenigen hundert Metern auf Asphalt, der dich zum oberen Teil des Radwegs von Livigno führt. Hier kannst du eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Dorf genießen. Die Strecke folgt dem Radweg, der hinunterführt und sich mit dem Radweg im Tal verbindet, den du auf dem Hinweg benutzt hast. Es folgt der letzte flache Abschnitt auf dem Radweg zum Beine lockern und der letzte Straßenabschnitt, der dich zurück ins Zentrum von Livigno bringt. Eine einzigartige Strecke wegen ihrer Schönheit und Kunst, die auch eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Dorf bietet.
