Si puo' tuttavia proseguire oltre lungo la strada, sino alla Baita del Pastore, a circa 2160 m di altitudine., de=Vom Ortsteil Niblogo in Madonna dei Monti, wo das Auto am Parkplatz abgestellt wird, folgt man der befahrbaren, nun unbefestigten Straße. An der Brücke von Peceneccia hält man sich links und dringt in das eigentliche Val Zebru' vor, wobei man für einen kurzen Abschnitt dem Bachufer folgt. Der Weg ist einfach und ist anfangs von dichten Wäldern geprägt, die von tiefen Schluchten unterbrochen werden, und anschließend von grünen Terrassen mit charakteristischen Hütten. Der Ort wird von Huftieren und dem majestätischen Bartgeier besucht. Die vorgeschlagene Route endet bei den Baite Campo, zwischen 1950 und 2000 m Höhe.
