Document{{en=Departure from the Dairy of Livigno P4 and, continuing along the road path N138, near the Pont da li Ca'bra, take the left turn on path N136. From here the path narrows and ascends, entering the Bosc'ch da la Pre'sa then continues with slight elevation to the Gras da li Vaca. From this point, the trail, still gently uphill, proceeds along the rocky right bank of the Tort stream, passing the hazard of Val de la Mort, until reaching the first houses of Trepalle, in the locality Scte'fan. From here take the left on path N136 leading to the Bait de Pila. A little further, in the locality La Ghe'rfa, is the junction with path N129 coming from Loc. Arneira. Another uphill section then easily reaches the Boche'ta de Tre'la. Continue on path N136 to Alpe Trela, where it is possible to refresh yourself., it=Partenza dalla Latteria di Livigno P4 e, proseguendo lungo la carrabile sent. N138, in prossimita' del Pont da li Ca'bra, si prende la deviazione a sinistra sul sent. N136. Da qui il sentiero si stringe e sale addentrandosi nel Bosc'ch da la Pre'sa per poi continuare con lieve dislivello fino al Gras da li Vaca. Da questo punto il tracciato, sempre in leggera salita, prosegue lungo l'argine destro roccioso del torrente Tort, passando l'insidia della Val de la Mort, fino a raggiungere le prime case di Trepalle, in localita' Scte'fan. Da qui si prende sulla sinistra il sent. N136 che porta ai Bait de Pila. Poco piu' avanti, in localita' La Ghe'rfa, si trova la congiunzione con il sent. N129 proveniente da Loc. Arneira. Ancora un tratto in salita per poi giungere agevolmente alla Boche'ta de Tre'la. Si prosegue sul sent. N136 fino all'Alpe Trela, dove e' possibile ristorare., de=Start von der Molkerei in Livigno P4 und Weiterfahrt entlang der befahrbaren Route Sent. N138. In der Nähe der Pont da li Ca'bra nimmt man die Abzweigung nach links auf Sent. N136. Von hier verengt sich der Weg und steigt an, indem er in den Bosc'ch da la Pre'sa führt und dann mit geringer Höhendifferenz bis zum Gras da li Vaca weitergeht. Ab diesem Punkt verläuft die Strecke, stets leicht ansteigend, entlang des rechten felsigen Ufers des Tort-Baches, wobei die Gefahren der Val de la Mort passiert werden, bis man die ersten Häuser von Trepalle im Ortsteil Scte'fan erreicht. Von hier nimmt man links den Sent. N136, der zu den Bait de Pila führt. Etwas weiter, im Ort La Ghe'rfa, trifft dieser mit dem Sent. N129 zusammen, der aus Loc. Arneira kommt. Noch ein Anstieg, bevor man bequem zur Boche'ta de Tre'la gelangt. Weiter auf dem Sent. N136 bis zur Alpe Trela, wo eine Einkehr möglich ist.}}
