From Vione you reach the village of Cané by car and then the parking near the picnic area of Cortebona (during the summer season this last stretch of road is open only at certain times). From here, through the larch woods, begins the route along the smallest, but no less significant, of the Camonica valleys. The landscape is characterized by white marble veins that cross diagonally the metamorphic rock complex of Monte Coleazzo. Also interesting are the Lombard remains that, with a short detour, can be observed on the slopes of Monte Bles on the opposite side. After crossing the Rio Fumeclo twice, you reach the Casere di Valzaroten from where the path continues with a steeper slope and becomes less and less evident. Now it turns left to add the Laghetti di Pietra Rossa, small pools at the foot of the homonymous peak.

Da Vione si raggiunge in auto l’abitato di Cané e successivamente il parcheggio nei pressi dell’area da pic-nic di Cortebona (durante la stagione estiva quest’ultimo tratto di strada è aperto solo in alcune fasce orarie). Da qui tra i boschi di larice, prende inizio il percorso lungo la più piccola, ma non per questo meno significativa, delle valli camune. Il paesaggio è caratterizzato da bianche vene marmoree che attraversano diagonalmente il complesso di rocce metamorfiche del Monte Coleazzo. Interessanti anche i resti longobardi che con una breve deviazione si possono osservare sulle pendici del Monte Bles, sul versante opposto. Dopo aver attraversato per due volte il Rio Fumeclo, si raggiungono le Casere di Valzaroten da dove il sentiero prosegue con pendenza più accentuata e risulta sempre meno evidente. Si prende ora verso sinistra fino a aggiungere i Laghetti di Pietra Rossa, piccole pozze ai piedi dell’omonima cima.

Von Vione erreicht man mit dem Auto das Dorf Canè und anschließend den Parkplatz in der Nähe des Picknickbereichs von Cortebona (während der Sommersaison ist dieser letzte Straßenabschnitt nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten geöffnet). Von hier aus beginnt durch die Lärchenwälder die Strecke durch das kleinste, aber nicht minder bedeutende, der Camunischen Täler. Die Landschaft ist geprägt von weißen Marmoradern, die diagonal den metamorphischen Gesteinskomplex des Monte Coleazzo durchziehen. Interessant sind auch die langobardischen Überreste, die mit einem kurzen Abstecher an den Hängen des Monte Bles auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zu sehen sind. Nachdem man den Rio Fumeclo zweimal überquert hat, erreicht man die Casere di Valzaroten, von wo der Weg mit stärkerer Steigung und immer weniger deutlich weiterführt. Nun geht es nach links, bis man die Laghetti di Pietra Rossa, kleine Teiche am Fuße des gleichnamigen Gipfels, erreicht.
