Departure from P14 Pont Lonch. Take the path N190 on the right, which gently rises and runs along the entire west side of the Livigno valley, separating the privately owned fields cultivated for forage from the state-owned area, generally wooded and characterized by the presence of the te'e, ancient summer dwellings of shepherds, mostly renovated, which can be found scattered along the route or in clusters of houses. Before reaching the Te'e dal Pe'l, you encounter the inviting Ristoro Te'a da Borch; then there is the possibility to descend to the valley at Plaza Plache'da or to climb towards the Ristoro Carosello 3000. The path continues halfway up towards the Te'a da Rin, from which it is possible to descend to the town center of Livigno, at Via Rin, by taking path N193 or continue towards the Te'a dal Pla'n, then descend towards the Te'a da Plazec and finally to the parking lot P3 Ponte Calcheira, at the entrance of Val Feda'ria.

Partenza da P14 Pont Lonch. Si prende a destra il sent. N190 che sale lievemente e percorre l'intero versante ovest della vallata di Livigno, delimitando i campi di proprieta' coltivati a foraggio con l'area demaniale, generalmente boschiva e caratterizzata dalla presenza delle te'e, antiche abitazioni estive dei pastori, in buona parte ristrutturate, che si possono incontrare in ordine sparso lungo il percorso oppure in agglomerati di case. Prima di giungere alle Te'e dal Pe'l si incontra l'invitante Ristoro Te'a da Borch; c'e' poi la possibilita' di scendere a valle a Plaza Plache'da o di salire verso il Ristoro Carosello 3000. Il sentiero prosegue a meta' costa verso le Te'a da Rin, dalle quali e' possibile scendere nel centro abitato di Livigno, all'altezza della Via Rin, prendendo il sent. N193 oppure proseguire verso le Te'a dal Pla'n, per poi scendere verso le Te'a da Plazec e quindi al parcheggio P3 Ponte Calcheira, all'imbocco della Val Feda'ria.

Start am Parkplatz P14 Pont Lonch. Man nimmt den rechten Weg, den Pfad N190, der leicht ansteigt und die gesamte Westflanke des Livigno-Tals durchquert, die Wiesenflächen von den staatlichen Gebieten trennt, welche meist bewaldet sind und durch das Vorhandensein der Te'e gekennzeichnet sind, alte Sommerunterkünfte der Hirten, die größtenteils renoviert wurden. Diese kann man verstreut entlang des Weges oder in Hausgruppen antreffen. Bevor man die Te'e dal Pe'l erreicht, trifft man auf die einladende Gaststätte Te'a da Borch; es gibt dann die Möglichkeit, ins Tal zu Plaza Plache'da hinabzusteigen oder zum Ristoro Carosello 3000 hinaufzugehen. Der Pfad verläuft halbhöhenmäßig zu den Te'a da Rin, von dort aus ist es möglich, ins Ortszentrum von Livigno abzusteigen, auf Höhe der Via Rin, indem man den Pfad N193 nimmt, oder weiter zu den Te'a dal Pla'n zu gehen, um dann zu den Te'a da Plazec hinabzusteigen und schließlich zum Parkplatz P3 Ponte Calcheira am Eingang zum Val Feda'ria zu gelangen.
