Starting from the P10 La Forcola parking lot towards path N151 which leads to La Co'lma, the entrance to Val da Fain, in Swiss territory. To reach it, you cross halfway up a well-maintained path that cuts across a rather steep ridge where caution is needed to avoid dislodging dangerous rocks that can become projectiles on the road below. Then you need to take the detour on path N153 which climbs further to reach the Lach da la Fo'rcola and, a little further on, Lej Grand, already in Swiss territory, whose waters flow towards Val dal Fain. Easy to encounter animals and, in particular, ibexes.

Si parte dal parcheggio P10 La Forcola in direzione del sent. N151 che porta a La Co'lma, ingresso per la Val da Fain, in territorio elevetico. Per arrivarci si transita a mezza costa su un sentiero ben tenuto che taglia un costone piuttosto ripido dove occorre prudenza per non far staccare pericolosi massi che possono diventare proiettili sulla sottostante strada carrabile. Occore predere poi la deviazione sul sent. N153 che sale ancora per giungere ai Lach da la Fo'rcola e, poco piu' lontano, al Lej Grand, gia' in territorio svizzero, le cui acque confluiscono verso la Val dal Fain. Facile incontrare animali e, in particolare, gli stambecchi.

Start ist der Parkplatz P10 La Forcola in Richtung Weg N151, der zur La Co'lma führt, dem Eingang zum Val da Fain auf Schweizer Gebiet. Um dorthin zu gelangen, verläuft der Weg halbhöhen entlang eines gut gepflegten Pfades, der einen ziemlich steilen Grat quert, wo Vorsicht geboten ist, um nicht gefährliche Steinschläge auf die darunterliegende Fahrstraße zu verursachen. Dann muss die Abzweigung zum Weg N153 genommen werden, der weiter hinauf zu den Lach da la Fo'rcola führt und wenig später zum Lej Grand, bereits auf Schweizer Gebiet, dessen Wasser in das Val dal Fain fließt. Es ist leicht, Tiere zu treffen, besonders Gemsen.
