Starting from Piazza delle sei contrade, walk east along Corso Roma until you reach the intersection that leads to the church of SS Pietro e Paolo and the Sanctuary dedicated to Mary Help of Christians. Continue up via Panoramica, and shortly above the sanctuary, you will find the start of the trail on the right.
The first part climbs across meadows heading east, passing some dry stone walls. The view of Aprica, especially of Baradello and the Adamello group, accompanies us until entering a spruce forest. The trail climbs until it reaches and merges with an unpaved road. Turn right and follow the road which, with little elevation change, reaches the locality “Plane” where there is a fork. Take the left path and at the next fork, keep right. The trail reaches the Pian di Gembro nature reserve and the picnic area.
, it=Partendo dalla Piazza delle sei contrade si percorre Corso Roma verso est e si raggiunge l’incrocio che ci porta verso la chiesa di SS Pietro e Paolo e il Santuario dedicato a Maria Ausiliatrice. Si sale su via Panoramica e poco sopra il santuario troviamo l’inizio del sentiero sulla destra.
La prima parte sale attraversando i prati e si spinge verso est superando alcuni muretti a secco. Il panorama su Aprica e in particolare sul Baradello e sul gruppo dell’Adamello ci accompagnano fino ad entrare in un bosco di abeti. Il sentiero sale fino a raggiungere ed immettersi in una strada sterrata. Si gira a destra e si percorre la strada che senza grosso dislivello raggiunge la località “Plane” e dove troviamo un bivio. Saliamo sulla sinistra e al bivio successivo manteniamo la destra. Il sentiero raggiunge la riserva naturale di Pian di Gembro e l’area picnic.
, de=Vom Platz der sechs Viertel geht man ostwärts die Corso Roma entlang bis zur Kreuzung, die zur Kirche SS Pietro e Paolo und zum Heiligtum der Maria Ausiliatrice führt. Man steigt die Via Panoramica hinauf und kurz oberhalb des Heiligtums beginnt rechts der Weg.
Der erste Abschnitt steigt über Wiesen an und führt nach Osten, wobei einige Trockenmauern passiert werden. Die Aussicht auf Aprica, besonders auf den Baradello und die Adamello-Gruppe, begleitet uns bis zum Eintritt in einen Tannenwald. Der Weg steigt weiter bis zu einer Schotterstraße. Dort biegt man rechts ab und folgt der Straße ohne große Höhenunterschiede bis zur Ortschaft „Plane“, wo eine Weggabelung ist. Links hinauf und an der nächsten Gabelung rechts halten. Der Weg führt zum Naturschutzgebiet Pian di Gembro und zum Picknickplatz.
