From Santa Caterina Valfurva, drive to the Ponte dell'Alpe on the road leading to Passo Gavia. From here, take trail S519.2, which runs alongside the Alpe stream and winds through the pastures of the homonymous valley. Arrive at Passo dell'Alpe and from here begin the long descent of the Val di Rezzalo. The first section is a path, then a road with a gentler slope, eventually becoming a drivable road. Pass the picturesque dry stone huts of Clevaccio, Merlo, Rozzone, and the barns of Malnivo, until reaching Rifugio La Baita, where you can stop to enjoy the local dishes. The arrival is planned at the Fumero parking lot. For the return, you can take the same route back; otherwise, it is necessary to arrange another car or use call taxis.

Da Santa Caterina Valfurva si raggiunge con l'auto il Ponte dell'Alpe sulla strada che porta al Passo Gavia. Da qui si imbocca il sent. S519.2, che costeggia il torrente dell'Alpe e si snoda tra i pascoli dell'omonima valle. Si arriva al Passo dell'Alpe e da qui si inizia la lunga discesa della Val di Rezzalo. Il primo tratto e' un sentiero, poi una strada con andamento piu' pianeggiante, fino a diventare una carrabile. Si oltrepassano le suggestive baite in pietra a secco di Clevaccio, il Merlo, Rozzone ed i fienili di Malnivo, fino a raggiungere il Rifugio La Baita, dove e' possibile effettuare una sosta per assaporare i piatti tipici del luogo. L'arrivo e' previsto al parcheggio di Fumero. Per il ritorno si può fare la stessa via al contrario altrimenti e' necessario organizzarsi con un'altra automobile o servirsi dei taxi a chiamata.

Von Santa Caterina Valfurva erreicht man mit dem Auto die Ponte dell'Alpe auf der Straße, die zum Passo Gavia führt. Von hier beginnt man auf dem Weg S519.2, der am Bach Alpe entlangführt und sich durch die Almen des gleichnamigen Tals schlängelt. Man erreicht den Passo dell'Alpe und beginnt von hier die lange Abfahrt ins Val di Rezzalo. Der erste Abschnitt ist ein Pfad, dann ein flacher verlaufender Weg, bis er zur Fahrstraße wird. Man passiert die eindrucksvollen Trockenstein-Hütten von Clevaccio, Merlo, Rozzone und die Heuschober von Malnivo, bis zur Rifugio La Baita, wo man eine Pause einlegen kann, um die typischen Gerichte der Region zu genießen. Die Ankunft ist auf dem Parkplatz von Fumero vorgesehen. Für die Rückkehr kann man den gleichen Weg in umgekehrter Richtung nehmen, oder man organisiert ein weiteres Auto oder nutzt Taxibusse auf Abruf.
