Document{{en=From Sondalo, you reach the quartz quarry. After the quarry square, follow road N271 towards Esc until you meet trail N269.1 branching off to the left. The trail passes along the edge of the meadows and then enters a fir forest up to Fiecc. After a short steep and rocky stretch, you reach the huts of Li Mota where the fir forest gives way to larch trees. From Li Mota, follow the retaining wall bordering the meadows, then gradually ascend on wide switchbacks up to the rocky hills of Mota Crosc where you come across a small canal diverting the waters of Val del Corn. This spot is an interesting viewpoint and one of the most curious in the municipality of Sondalo. On the highest hill, where there is a small clearing, the trail branching to the left leads in just over a quarter of an hour to Li Moregn, from where you can admire the entire basin of Sondalo and the surrounding mountains., it=Da Sondalo si raggiunge la Cava di quarzo. Dopo il piazzale della cava si segue la strada N271 per Esc fino ad incontrare il sent. N269.1 che si stacca sulla sinistra. Il sentiero passa a margine dei prati e poi si inoltra nel bosco di abeti fino a Fiecc. Dopo un breve tratto ripido e sassoso, si raggiungono le baite de Li Mota dove il bosco di abeti lascia il posto a quello di larici. Da Li Mota si segue il muraglione che delimita i prati, per poi salire gradatamente ad ampi tornanti fino ai poggi rocciosi di Mota Crosc dove si incontra una roggia che deriva le acque della Val del Corn. Questo posto e' un punto panoramico interessante e uno dei piu' curiosi del comune di Sondalo. Sul poggio piu' alto, dove c'e' una piccola radura, si stacca sulla sinistra il sentiero che porta in poco piu' di un quarto d'ora a Li Moregn, da dove si puo' ammirare l'intera conca di Sondalo e le montagne che la circondano., de=Von Sondalo erreicht man den Quarzsandsteinbruch. Nach dem Parkplatz des Steinbruchs folgt man der Straße N271 Richtung Esc, bis man auf den Weg N269.1 trifft, der links abzweigt. Der Weg verläuft am Rand der Wiesen entlang und führt dann in den Fichtenwald bis nach Fiecc. Nach einem kurzen steilen und steinigen Abschnitt erreicht man die Hütten von Li Mota, wo der Fichtenwald von Lärchenwald abgelöst wird. Von Li Mota folgt man der Mauer, die die Wiesen begrenzt, und steigt dann allmählich in weiten Serpentinen zu den felsigen Anhöhen von Mota Crosc, wo man einen Wassergraben trifft, der das Wasser aus dem Corn-Tal ableitet. Dieser Ort ist ein interessanter Aussichtspunkt und einer der bemerkenswertesten der Gemeinde Sondalo. Auf dem höchsten Hügel, wo es eine kleine Lichtung gibt, zweigt links der Weg ab, der in etwas mehr als einer Viertelstunde nach Li Moregn führt, von wo aus man das gesamte Becken von Sondalo und die umliegenden Berge bewundern kann.}}
