Daloo is reached on foot starting from Chiavenna, taking the path that climbs from Pianazzola. Until the 1950s, Daloo was inhabited all year round. Here, the school and parish were active, and the community was mainly engaged in agriculture and livestock farming, tending this place like a garden. Today, as then, the meadows that stretch behind the little church are perfectly maintained. The houses encountered along the path crossing the core have almost all been renovated and restored, livable with all modern comforts. The end point of every excursion is the magnificent viewpoint overlooking Chiavenna, from which it is possible to look south as far as Lake Mezzola and east along the entire Swiss Val Bregaglia.

Daloo si raggiunge a piedi partendo da Chiavenna, prendendo il sentiero che sale da Pianazzola. Fino agli anni Cinquanta, Daloo era abitata tutto l'anno. Qui erano attive la scuola, la parrocchia e la comunita' si occupava prevalentemente di agricoltura e allevamento, curando questo luogo come un giardino. Oggi come allora i prati che si estendono alle spalle della chiesetta, sono perfettamente curati. Le abitazioni che si incontrano lungo il sentiero che attraversa il nucleo, sono state quasi tutte ristrutturate e rimesse a nuovo, abitabili con tutti i comfort moderni. Il punto di arrivo di ogni escursione e' il magnifico belvedere che si affaccia su Chiavenna e dal quale e' possibile allungare l'occhio a sud fino al Lago di Mezzola e est lungo tutta la Val Bregaglia svizzera.

Daloo erreicht man zu Fuß von Chiavenna aus, indem man dem Pfad folgt, der von Pianazzola hinaufführt. Bis in die 1950er Jahre war Daloo ganzjährig bewohnt. Dort waren die Schule, die Pfarrei aktiv, und die Gemeinschaft beschäftigte sich hauptsächlich mit Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht, pflegte diesen Ort wie einen Garten. Noch heute sind die Wiesen hinter der kleinen Kirche perfekt gepflegt. Die Häuser entlang des Pfads, der den Kern des Ortes durchquert, wurden fast alle renoviert und modernisiert und sind mit allen Komforts bewohnbar. Der Endpunkt jeder Wanderung ist der herrliche Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf Chiavenna, von dem aus man den Blick nach Süden bis zum Lago di Mezzola und nach Osten entlang des gesamten Schweizer Val Bregaglia schweifen lassen kann.
