Document{{en=The most elegant and alpinistically complete peak in the municipality of Grosio. Its northern slope is ice-covered, ''irregular plateau-canal'' that Nangeroni said is unique in its shape in the Alps. While on its southern slope a compact and daring 500-meter wall of rock offers playground for experienced and gifted climbers. This is a summit of great value both from an alpine point of view and in terms of its panorama position. In fact it enjoys an excellent vantage point over the surrounding mountain ranges. The first ascent was made by fellow countryman Dr. Bartolomeo Sassella solo on September 27, 1875. From the Capanna Dosde' in direction E ascend the moraines and snowfield of the basin dominated by the 3180m elevation of the SW ridge. Walk diagonally on the S side of the W ridge to reach the basin until you reach on the left a debris gully(sometimes snow-covered) thanks to which you bypass the rocky strip and climb over the ridge to reach the base of the glacier. Having passed the steepest section of the same, you continue on the ice plateau where the Dosde' W glacier, which covers the entire northern slope of the mountain, lies. Crossed in the direction of the notch between the SW3289m antecedent and the summit canopy, continue over easy rocks mixed with snow to our summit., it=La cima piu' elegante e completa dal punto di vista alpinistico del comune di Grosio. Il suo versante settentrionale e' ricoperto dal ghiaccio, ''irregolare pianalto-canalone'' che a detta del Nangeroni, unico per la sua forma nelle alpi. Mentre sul suo versante meridionale un muro di roccia compatto e ardito di 500 metri offre terreno di giouco agli arrampicatori esperti e dotati. Cima di grande valore sia dal punto di vista alpinistico che di posizione di panorama. Infatti gode di un ottimo punto di osservazione sulle circostanti catene montuose. La prima ascensione e' stata compiuta dal compaesano in solitaria Dott. Bartolomeo Sassella il 27 settembre 1875. Dalla Capanna Dosde' in direzione E rimontare le morene e il nevaio della conca dominata dalla Quota 3180m della cresta SW. Camminando diagonalmente sul lato S della cresta W si raggiunge la conca fino a raggiungere a sinistra un canale detritico(a volte innevato) grazie al quale si bypassa la fascia rocciosa e scavalcando la cresta si giunge alla base del ghiacciaio. Superato il tratto piu' ripido dello stesso si prosegue sul pianoro ghiacciato dove si adagia il ghiacciaio Dosde' W che ricopre tutto il versante settentrionale della montagna. Attraversato in direzione dell'intaglio tra l'anticima SW3289m ed il calottone della vetta si prosegue per facili rocce miste a neve sino alla nostra cima., de=Der eleganteste und vollständigste Gipfel in Bezug auf das Bergsteigen im Grosio-Gebiet. Sein Nordhang ist mit Eis bedeckt, ein "unregelmäßiger Plateau-Kanal", der laut Nangeroni in seiner Form einzigartig in den Alpen ist. Auf der Südseite bietet eine kompakte und gewagte 500 Meter lange Felswand einen Spielplatz für erfahrene und begabte Kletterer. Ein Gipfel von großem Wert, sowohl aus alpinistischer Sicht als auch in Bezug auf seine Panoramalage. Er bietet nämlich eine hervorragende Aussicht auf die umliegenden Bergketten. Die Erstbesteigung erfolgte am 27. September 1875 durch seinen Landsmann Bartolomeo Sassella in Einsamkeit. Von der Capanna Dosde" steigt man in östlicher Richtung über die Moränen und Schneefelder des Beckens auf, das von dem 3180 m hohen SW-Grat beherrscht wird. Man geht diagonal auf der S-Seite des W-Grats, um die Mulde zu erreichen, bis man links eine Geröllrinne (manchmal schneebedeckt) erreicht, dank derer man den Felsstreifen umgeht und über den Grat aufsteigt, um die Basis des Gletschers zu erreichen. Nachdem man den steilsten Teil des Gletschers hinter sich gelassen hat, geht man auf dem Gletscherplateau weiter, wo der Dosde' W-Gletscher liegt, der den gesamten Nordhang des Berges bedeckt. Man quert in Richtung der Kerbe zwischen dem SW3289m Anticima und dem Calottone des Gipfels und geht weiter über leichte Felsen, die mit Schnee vermischt sind, zu unserem Gipfel.}}
