Document{{en=From the parking area of Niblogo (1600 m) in Madonna dei Monti in Valfurva, follow the cartroad that flatly enters the beautiful and sunken Val Zebru' arriving shortly at the locality Tre croci. From here on the left and passing several times over the stream, you enter the heart of the valley that gradually opens up, passing the characteristic nuclei of ancient huts of Zebru', Chitomas, Pramighen and Campo until arriving just beyond the wooded limit at the alpine pasture of Baita del Pastore (2166 m). Now climb above the alpine hut by staying to the right of the valley incision of the Mare' stream until it is possible to enter the wide valley in the center of the amphitheater. One continues to climb passing to the left of the evident rocky spur where the Quinto Alpini hut is located and thus enters the Vedretta di Zebru'. With a gradually semicircular progression to the right, you pass under the eastern slopes of Punta Thurwieser and southern slopes of Ortles, thus arriving at Giogo Alto where the Citta' di Cantu' bivouac is located. Da qui a sinistra e passando piu' volte il torrente ci si addentra nel cuore della valle che man mano si apre, superando i caratteristici nuclei di antiche baite di Zebru', Chitomas, Pramighen e Campo fino ad arrivare poco oltre il limite boschivo presso l'alpeggio della Baita del Pastore (2166 m). Ora si sale al di sopra della malga stando alla destra dell'incisione valliva del torrente Mare', fino a quando risulta possibile entrare nell'ampio vallone al centro dell'anfiteatro. Si continua a salire passando alla sinistra dell'evidente sperone roccioso dove e' posto il rifugio Quinto Alpini e si entra cosi' sulla Vedretta di Zebru'. Con una progressione gradualmente a semicerchio verso destra, si passa sotto le pendici orientali della Punta Thurwieser e meridionali dell'Ortles, arrivando cosi' al Giogo Alto dove e' posto il bivacco Citta' di Cantu'. Si piega verso destra e si va a salire fin dove possibile con gli sci l'ampio ripido pendio; si prosegue a piedi passando il crepaccio terminale sulla destra fino ad arrivare sulla sottile cresta occidentale. Vom Parkplatz in Niblogo (1600 m) in Madonna dei Monti in Valfurva folgt man dem ebenen Karrenweg, der in das schöne, versunkene Val Zebru' führt und erreicht nach kurzer Zeit die Ortschaft Tre croci. Von hier aus biegen wir links ab und überqueren mehrmals den Bach, um in das Herz des Tals einzudringen, das sich allmählich öffnet, vorbei an den charakteristischen Kernen der alten Hütten von Zebru', Chitomas, Pramighen und Campo, bis wir kurz hinter der Waldgrenze die Alm Baita del Pastore (2166 m) erreichen. Nun steigt man oberhalb der Almhütte auf, wobei man sich rechts des Taleinschnitts des Mare'-Baches hält, bis man in das breite Tal in der Mitte des Amphitheaters eintreten kann. Man steigt weiter auf und geht links an dem markanten Felsvorsprung vorbei, auf dem sich die Quinto Alpini-Hütte befindet, und gelangt so in die Vedretta di Zebru'. In einem allmählichen Halbkreis nach rechts geht man unter den Osthängen der Punta Thurwieser und den Südhängen des Ortlers hindurch und erreicht so den Giogo Alto, wo sich das Biwak Citta' di Cantu' befindet. Man biegt nach rechts ab und steigt den breiten Steilhang so weit wie möglich mit den Skiern auf; zu Fuß geht man weiter, vorbei an der Endspalte auf der rechten Seite, bis man den schmalen Westgrat erreicht. Von hier aus geht man kurz nach links zum Gipfel.
