From Sant'Antonio di Scianno, follow the nice little road that climbs with a slight slope in the beautiful forest, arriving after a few hairpin bends at the first huts of Alpe Gattonino. Continue always following the small road at the basal edge of the wide meadow area until it crosses the flat road connecting Cancano with Arnoga. From here with a long diagonal to the left preferably staying on the road that climbs into the Vezzola valley you arrive at Vezzola placed at the wooded edge. Now on open terrain continue northward leading left to some huts near the stream located on the left and from there descend to the small bridge. After crossing the valley, continue in a northwesterly direction passing a series of bumps and valleys arriving at a small plateau on the eastern slopes of the mountain. From here, still going north, after a few hundred meters turn left climbing westward up a series of steep slopes arriving in the vicinity of the ridge. You follow it staying to its right until a final rise arriving at the summit.
, it=Da Sant'Antonio di Scianno si segue la bella stradina che sale con lieve pendenza nel bel bosco, arrivando dopo pochi tornanti alle prime baite dell'Alpe Gattonino. Si prosegue sempre seguendo la stradina al margine basale dell'ampia zona prativa fino ad incrociare la strada pianeggiante che collega Cancano con Arnoga. Da qui con una lunga diagonale verso sinistra stando preferibilmente sulla strada che sale in val Vezzola si arriva a Vezzola posta al limite boschivo. Ora su terreno aperto si prosegue verso nord portandosi verso sinistra a delle baite in prossimita' del torrente posto alla sinistra e da li' si scende al ponticello. Superata la valle, si prosegue in direzione nord-ovest superando una serie di dossi e vallecole arrivando ad un piccolo pianoro sulle pendici orientali della montagna. Da qui sempre andando verso nord, dopo poche centinaia di metri si piega a sinistra salendo verso ovest una serie di ripidi pendii arrivando in prossimita' della cresta. La si segue stando alla sua destra fino ad un ultimo risalto arrivando in cima., de=Von Sant'Antonio di Scianno aus folgt man der schönen kleinen Straße, die sanft durch den schönen Wald ansteigt und nach einigen Kurven zu den ersten Hütten der Alpe Gattonino führt. Man folgt dem Sträßchen am unteren Rand des weiten Wiesengebiets bis zur Kreuzung mit der flachen Straße, die Cancano mit Arnoga verbindet. Von hier aus biegt man in einer langen Linkskurve nach links ab und bleibt vorzugsweise auf der Straße, die ins Vezzola-Tal hinaufführt, bis man am Waldrand Vezzola erreicht. Nun geht es auf offenem Gelände weiter in Richtung Norden, links zu einigen Hütten in der Nähe des Baches und von dort hinunter zur kleinen Brücke. Nachdem man das Tal überquert hat, geht es weiter in nordwestlicher Richtung, vorbei an einer Reihe von Buckeln und Tälern, bis man eine kleine Hochebene an den Osthängen des Berges erreicht. Von hier aus biegen wir, immer noch in nördlicher Richtung, nach einigen hundert Metern links ab und steigen in westlicher Richtung eine Reihe von steilen Hängen hinauf, bis wir in die Nähe des Bergrückens gelangen. Diesem folgt man, indem man sich rechts hält, bis man nach einem letzten Anstieg den Gipfel erreicht.
