From Arnoga follow the carriage road that halfway up the hillside runs through Val Viola and past the detours for Sattarona, Val Verva, you arrive after passing the Campo huts at the fork for Stagimel. Then climb to the right, through a beautiful forest, and shortly after a few hairpin bends to the Baite di Stagimel huts; from here in a westerly direction continue following the small road that leads into Val Minestra and when you reach the bridge cross over to the opposite side. Still in a westerly direction, you gradually lose a bit of elevation gain by taking the left side of the slope in front of you and, having climbed the steep section, you arrive on some false plateaus that lead toward Lake Forbesana. Passing it on the right, you now continue on steeper slopes that lead to the nozzle on the south ridge; following the gradually widening ridge you reach the summit.
, it=Da Arnoga si segue la strada carrozzabile che a mezzacosta percorre la val Viola e passate le deviazioni per Sattarona, Val Verva, si arriva dopo aver superato le baite di Campo al bivio per Stagimel. Quindi si sale verso destra, in un bellissimo bosco, ed in breve dopo qualche tornante alle Baite di Stagimel; da qui in direzione ovest si continua seguendo la stradina che porta in val Minestra ed arrivati al ponte si passa sul versante opposto. Sempre in direzione ovest si perde gradualmente un po' di dislivello portandosi alla sinistra del pendio di fronte e risalito il tratto ripido si arriva su dei falsopiani che portano verso il lago di Forbesana. Passatolo a destra si prosegue ora su pendii piu' ripidi che portano alla bocchetta sulla cresta meridionale; seguendo la cresta via via piu' ampia si arriva in vetta., de=Von Arnoga aus folgt man der Fahrstraße, die auf halber Höhe des Val Viola verläuft, und nachdem man die Abzweigungen nach Sattarona und Val Verva passiert hat, kommt man nach den Hütten von Baite di Campo an die Kreuzung nach Stagimel. Dann steigt man rechts durch einen schönen Wald hinauf und erreicht nach einigen Kehren die Baite di Stagimel; von hier aus fährt man in westlicher Richtung auf dem Sträßchen weiter, das ins Val Minestra führt, und wechselt auf der Brücke auf die gegenüberliegende Seite. Immer noch in westlicher Richtung verliert man allmählich ein wenig Höhenunterschied, indem man sich auf der linken Seite des gegenüberliegenden Hangs bewegt, und nachdem man den steilen Abschnitt erklommen hat, erreicht man die falsche Hochebene, die zum Forbesana-See führt. Man lässt ihn rechts liegen und geht nun auf steileren Hängen weiter, die zur kleinen Mündung des Südgrats führen; dem sich allmählich verbreiternden Grat folgend, erreicht man den Gipfel.
