From Campacciolo in the vicinity of the Albergo Forcola follow the road to the bridge over the Spol stream, without crossing it go left along a short, slightly downhill stretch that leads to a wide plateau to the left of the stream, then by a logical route pass near the La Motte hut (1960 m) and then continue by a semi-flat path to Alpe Vago (1998 m). Without passing the small bridge that leads to Alpe Vago, continue along the hillside a short distance from the river until you come in front of a frozen waterfall on the opposite side of the valley. Continue on an almost level path, still on the left side of the valley arriving near a vallecola where a beautiful stone pine is positioned that also serves as a reference. From here you descend diagonally into the vallecola for about five hundred meters and continue along it for another 200 meters or so coming out into the wide amphitheater of the Nera valley. You now ascend in a southerly direction along the wide slopes keeping preferably to the right on continuous inclines arriving at a flat area. Turn left going up the final section leading to the Colle di Val Nera and pass on the opposite side, to the left, climbing the slope leading to the wide west ridge reaching the anticima (ski-mountaineering summit). It is possible to reach the summit either by following the rocky ridge or just before the col by climbing the steep slope to the left that leads into an amphitheater; from here continue on very steep terrain coming out on the ridge about fifty meters to the left of the summit, which is easily reached to the right.
, it=Da Campacciolo in prossimita' dell'Albergo Forcola si segue la strada fino al ponte sul torrente Spol, senza attraversarlo si va a sinistra lungo un breve tratto leggermente in discesa che porta ad un ampio pianoro a sinistra del torrente, quindi con percorso logico si passa vicino la baita La Motte (1960 m) per poi proseguire con percorso semi-pianeggiante fino all'Alpe Vago (1998 m). Senza passare il ponticello che porta all'Alpe Vago, si prosegue a mezzacosta a poca distanza dal fiume fino ad arrivare di fronte ad una cascata ghiacciata sul lato opposto della valle. Si prosegue su percorso quasi pianeggiante, sempre sul lato sinistro della valle arrivando in prossimita' di una vallecola dove e' posizionato un bellissimo pino cembro che fa anche da riferimento. Da qui si scende in diagonale nella vallecola per una cinquntina di metri e si prosegue lungo la stessa per altri 200 metri circa uscendo cosi' nell'ampio anfiteatro della val Nera. Si sale ora in direzione sud lungo gli ampi pendii tenendo preferibilmente la destra su pendenze continue arrivando ad una zona pianeggiante. Si piega a sinistra andando a salire il tratto finale che porta al Colle di Val Nera e si passa sul versante opposto, verso sinistra, salendo il pendio che porta alla larga cresta ovest raggiungendo l'anticima (vetta scialpinistica). E' possibile raggiungere la cima o seguendo la cresta rocciosa oppure poco prima del colle si sale il ripido pendio a sinistra che porta in un anfiteatro; da qui si continua su terreno molto ripido uscendo in cresta una cinquantina di metri a sinistra della cima che si raggiunge facilmente verso destra., de=Von Campacciolo, in der Nähe des Albergo Forcola, folgt man der Straße bis zur Brücke über den Bach Spol; ohne diese zu überqueren, geht man links ein kurzes, leicht abfallendes Stück weiter, das zu einer weiten Hochebene links des Baches führt, und folgt dann einem logischen Weg, der an der Hütte La Motte (1960 m) vorbeiführt und dann auf einem halbwegs ebenen Weg zur Alpe Vago (1998 m) führt. Ohne die kleine Brücke, die zur Alpe Vago führt, zu überqueren, geht man ein kurzes Stück am Hang entlang, bis man auf der gegenüberliegenden Talseite zu einem gefrorenen Wasserfall kommt. Man geht auf einem fast ebenen Weg weiter, immer noch auf der linken Talseite, und kommt in die Nähe eines kleinen Tals, wo eine schöne Zirbe als Orientierungspunkt steht. Von hier aus steigt man etwa fünf Meter schräg in das Tal hinab und folgt ihm noch etwa 200 Meter, bis man in das weite Amphitheater des Val Nera eintritt. Man steigt nun in südlicher Richtung entlang der weiten Hänge auf, wobei man sich auf den ständigen Steigungen vorzugsweise rechts hält, und erreicht eine Ebene. Man wendet sich nach links, um das letzte Stück zum Colle di Val Nera aufzusteigen, und geht auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite nach links weiter, indem man den Hang hinaufsteigt, der zum breiten Westgrat führt, und erreicht die Anticima (Skitourengipfel). Man kann den Gipfel erreichen, indem man entweder dem felsigen Grat folgt oder kurz vor dem Sattel den steilen Hang links hinaufsteigt, der in ein Amphitheater führt; von hier aus geht man auf sehr steilem Gelände weiter und kommt auf dem Grat etwa fünfzig Meter links vom Gipfel heraus, der rechts leicht zu erreichen ist.}}
