From the Campec locality in the Forni valley, near the Stella Alpina refuge, start climbing following the mule track that leads to the Pradaccio di Sotto huts and arrived coming out of the edge of the forest continue to the Pradaccio di Sopra huts. Continue to the left entering the Manzina valley and go up a small valley to the left of the obvious furrow where the Manzina stream descends, arriving then in a wide flat area; this point can also be reached starting from the Forni and going up above the Forni hut and after overcoming the first steep section you arrive on a short plateau that then enters the Pisella valley, from here you gradually climb towards the Prealda rock on the left. From here or losing a few meters of elevation gain, you arrive just below Manzina Lake, which you reach by bending diagonally to the left. Now continue in a northerly direction climbing along a wide gully to another flat area. Then along a steep slope to the right following a faint ridge below some small rocks. From here diagonally to the left until you reach the last section of ridge leading to the summit.
, it=Dalla localita' Campec in val dei Forni, in prossimita' del rifugio Stella Alpina, si inizia a salire seguendo la mulattiera che porta alle baite di Pradaccio di Sotto e arrivati uscendo dal limite del bosco si prosegue fino alle baite di Pradaccio di Sopra. Si continua verso sinistra entrando nella valle della Manzina e si va a salire una valletta a sinistra dell'evidente solco dove scende il torrente Manzina arrivando poi in una ampia zona pianeggiante; questo punto lo si raggiunge anche partendo dai Forni e salendo al di sopra del rifugio Forni e dopo aver superato il primo tratto ripido si arriva su un breve pianoro che immette poi nella val Pisella, da qui si sale gradualmente verso il sasso Prealda a sinistra. Da qui o perdendo pochi metri di dislivello si arriva poco sotto il lago della Manzina che si raggiunge piegando in diagonale verso sinistra. Si prosegue ora in direzione nord salendo lungo un ampio canalone fino ad un'altra zona pianeggiante. Poi lungo un ripido pendio a destra seguendo una dorsale poco accennata sotto delle roccette. Da qui in diagonale verso sinistra fino a raggiungere l'ultimo tratto di cresta che porta alla vetta., de=Von der Ortschaft Campec im Forni-Tal, in der Nähe der Stella Alpina-Hütte, beginnt man den Aufstieg auf dem Saumpfad, der zu den Pradaccio di Sotto-Hütten führt, und wenn man aus dem Waldrand herauskommt, geht man weiter zu den Pradaccio di Sopra-Hütten. Weiter geht es nach links in das Manzina-Tal und man steigt ein kleines Tal links von der offensichtlichen Furche hinauf, in der der Wildbach Manzina hinabfließt, um dann in eine weite Ebene zu gelangen; diesen Punkt kann man auch von den Forni aus erreichen, indem man oberhalb der Forni-Hütte aufsteigt und nach Überwindung des ersten steilen Stücks auf eine kurze Hochebene gelangt, die dann in das Pisella-Tal führt, von wo aus man allmählich zum Prealda-Felsen auf der linken Seite aufsteigt. Von hier aus, oder indem man einige Höhenmeter verliert, gelangt man kurz unterhalb des Manzina-Sees, den man erreicht, indem man schräg nach links abbiegt. Nun geht man in nördlicher Richtung weiter und steigt entlang einer breiten Rinne bis zu einem weiteren flachen Bereich auf. Dann folgt man einem steilen Abhang nach rechts und folgt einem schwachen Grat unterhalb einiger kleiner Felsen. Von hier aus schräg nach links, bis man das letzte Stück des Grats erreicht, das zum Gipfel führt.}}
