From the Forni, one leads to the vicinity of the small artificial barrage. Following the signs to the right for the Branca refuge, first pass a small bridge over the Cedec stream and then continue along the bottom of the valley, following a nice, always beaten track on the left of the Frodolfo stream, until you reach a small plateau from where you can see the refuge above on the left. Continue following a small road, always beaten, that with three hairpin bends leads near the small Rosole lake and and shortly to the overhanging Branca refuge, reached by the small road that climbs first to the left (normally this stretch is always well traced for the supply of the refuge itself). One now climbs in a northeast direction entering Val Ro'sole gradually bringing oneself to the right of the evident line of the median moraine. You skirt it to its end and then turn sharply to the left in a westerly direction across the entire plateau. You now ascend more or less to the center of the amphitheater, and then bend to the left in the last section, shortly reaching the wide rounded summit. Variant from the Branca hut: From just above the Branca hut bend slightly to the left of the obvious median moraine line and go to join the previous route just before the final steepest section.
, it=Dai Forni ci si porta in prossimita' del piccolo sbarramento artificiale. Seguendo le indicazioni verso destra per il rifugio Branca, si passa prima un piccolo ponticello sul torrente Cedec per poi proseguire lungo il fondovalle, seguendo una bella traccia sempre battuta sulla sinistra del torrente Frodolfo, fino a portarsi su un piccolo pianoro da dove si puo' vedere il rifugio sovrastante sulla sinistra. Si continua seguendo una stradina sempre battuta che con tre tornanti porta in prossimita' del laghetto di Rosole e ed in breve al sovrastante rifugio Branca, raggiungibile tramite la stradina che sale prima verso sinistra (normalmente questo tratto e' sempre ben tracciato per l'approvvigionamento del rifugio stesso). Si sale ora in direzione nord-est entrando in Val Ro'sole portandosi gradualmente alla destra dell'evidente linea della morena mediana. La si costeggia fino al suo termine e poi si piega decisamente verso sinistra in direzione ovest attraversando tutto il pianoro. Si sale ora piu' o meno al centro dell'anfiteatro, per poi piegare verso sinistra nell'ultimo tratto raggiungendo in breve l'ampia cima tondeggiante. Variante dal rifugio Branca: Da poco sopra il rifugio Branca si piega leggermente a sinistra dell'evidente linea della morena mediana e andare a raccordarsi con l'itinerario precedente poco prima del tratto piu' ripido finale., de=Von den Forni geht man in Richtung der kleinen künstlichen Staustufe. Den Schildern zur Branca-Hütte folgend, überquert man zunächst eine kleine Brücke über den Wildbach Cedec und wandert dann auf einem gut ausgebauten Weg links des Frodolfo-Baches in der Talsohle weiter, bis man ein kleines Plateau erreicht, von dem aus man links die darüber liegende Hütte sehen kann. Weiter geht es auf einer gut ausgetretenen Straße, die mit drei Kehren in die Nähe des kleinen Rosole-Sees und kurz darauf zur Branca-Hütte oberhalb des Sees führt, die man über die kleine Straße erreicht, die zuerst nach links ansteigt (normalerweise ist diese Strecke für die Versorgung der Hütte immer gut ausgeschildert). Man steigt nun in nordöstlicher Richtung auf, betritt das Val Ro'sole und bewegt sich allmählich nach rechts von der offensichtlichen Linie der Mittelmoräne. Man umgeht sie bis zu ihrem Ende und schwenkt dann scharf nach links in westlicher Richtung über die gesamte Hochebene. Man steigt nun mehr oder weniger bis zur Mitte des Amphitheaters auf, biegt dann im letzten Abschnitt nach links ab und erreicht in Kürze den breiten, abgerundeten Gipfel. Variante von der Branca-Hütte aus: Kurz oberhalb der Branca-Hütte biegt man leicht links von der erkennbaren Linie der Mittelmoräne ab und schließt kurz vor dem letzten, steileren Abschnitt an den vorherigen Weg an.
