From Arnoga follow the carriage road that runs halfway up the Viola valley; past the Permoglia huts you reach where the road gradually begins to climb. Almost at the end of the ascent, you take the detour to the right for the Sattarona huts and with a few long hairpin bends, gradually to the left, you reach arriving at the wooded edge. From here decisively to the left you enter a wide amphitheater and after passing a series of bumps, valleys and short shelves, you reach the base of the final slope. Follow a counter slope to the left and the final steep section to reach the final ridge. Bending to the right you can follow the ridge for a stretch to a high point.
, it=Da Arnoga si segue la strada carrozzabile che a mezzacosta percorre la val Viola; passate le baite di Permoglia si arriva dove la strada inizia a gradualmente a salire. Quasi al termine della salita, si prende verso destra la deviazione per le baite di Sattarona e con qualche lungo tornante, gradualmente verso sinistra, si raggiungono arrivando al limite boschivo. Da qui decisamente verso sinistra si entra in un ampio anfiteatro e superati una serie di dossi, vallette e brevi ripiani, si arriva alla base del pendio finale. Seguendo una contropendenza verso sinistra e il tratto ripido finale si raggiunge la cresta finale. Piegando verso destra si puo' percorrere per un tratto la cresta fino ad un punto culminante., de=Von Arnoga aus folgt man der Fahrstraße, die auf halber Höhe des Val Viola verläuft; vorbei an den Permoglia-Hütten erreicht man den Punkt, an dem die Straße allmählich ansteigt. Fast am Ende des Anstiegs nimmt man die Abzweigung nach rechts zu den Sattarona-Hütten und erreicht nach einigen langgezogenen Kehren allmählich nach links die Waldgrenze. Von hier aus geht es entschieden nach links in ein weites Amphitheater, und nachdem man eine Reihe von Buckeln, kleinen Tälern und kurzen Felsvorsprüngen überwunden hat, erreicht man den Fuß der letzten Steigung. Man folgt einem Gegenhang nach links und dem letzten steilen Abschnitt, um den letzten Grat zu erreichen.
