From the Forni, one leads to the vicinity of the small artificial barrage. Following the signs to the right for the Branca refuge, first pass a small bridge over the Cedec stream and then continue along the bottom of the valley, following a nice track always beaten on the left of the Frodolfo stream, until you reach a small plateau from where you can see the refuge above on the left. This area can also be reached by passing at the beginning of the route at the base of the small dam and skirting the Frodolfo stream on the right. You now go to the right passing a small bridge, or a little further on, with good snowfall, you can easily cross the stream. Following now some small bumps and valleys in a southeasterly direction, you arrive on the basal plateau near a small Tibetan bridge where a little further on the Forni glacier begins. Standing just to the right of the obvious median moraine of the Forni Glacier, follow it almost to its end and then begin to climb to the right passing at the base of the obvious rock face standing almost at the edge of the glacier. After passing a steep crevasse area you reach a wide plateau and continue in the same direction climbing another short steep section thus reaching the base of the hidden southeast couloir of the Pejo Peaks. You climb it entirely and with one last short steep section (possibly put crampons on) you reach the col at 3220 m altitude. Now continue in an easterly direction for about 300 m and then climb the wide slope surrounded by seracs and crevasses pointing in the upper part to the right. Thus we arrive on the final dome that allows us, continuing straight in the direction, south to reach the main summit at an altitude of 3449 m where a beautiful wooden cross has recently been erected. If, on the other hand, you head southeast, you will come close to the flat ridge and, having passed a last short steeper section, you will reach the highest summit at 3576 m.

Dai Forni ci si porta in prossimita' del piccolo sbarramento artificiale. Seguendo le indicazioni verso destra per il rifugio Branca, si passa prima un piccolo ponticello sul torrente Cedec per poi proseguire lungo il fondovalle, seguendo una bella traccia sempre battuta sulla sinistra del torrente Frodolfo, fino a portarsi su un piccolo pianoro da dove si puo' vedere il rifugio sovrastante sulla sinistra. Questa zona si puo' raggiungere anche passando all'inizio dell'itinerario alla base della piccola diga e costeggiando sulla destra il torrente Frodolfo. Si va ora verso destra passando un piccolo ponticello, oppure poco piu' avanti, con buon innevamento, si puo' oltrepassare facilmente il torrente. Seguendo ora qualche piccolo dosso e vallecole in direzione sud-est si arriva sul pianoro basale in prossimita' di un piccolo ponte tibetano dove poco piu' avanti inizia il ghiacciaio dei Forni. Stando poco a destra dell'evidente morena mediana del ghiacciaio dei Forni, la si segue fin quasi al suo termine per poi iniziare a salire verso destra passando alla base dell'evidente parete rocciosa stando quasi al bordo del ghiacciaio. Dopo aver superato una zona ripida crepacciata si giunge ad un ampio pianoro e si continua sempre nella stessa direzione salendo un altro breve tratto ripido giungendo cosi' alla base del nascosto canale sud-est delle Cime di Pejo. Lo si sale interamente e con un ultimo breve tratto ripido (eventualmente mettere i ramponi) si giunge al colletto a 3220 m di quota. Si continua ora in direzione est per circa 300 metri per poi salire l'ampio versante contornato da seracchi e crepacci puntando nella parte alta verso destra. Si arriva cosi' sulla cupola finale che permette, continuando diritti in direzione, sud di giungere sulla cima principale a quota 3449 m dove e' stata recentemente eretta una bella croce di legno. Se invece si va verso sud-est ci si porta in prossimita' della cresta pianeggiante e superato un ultimo breve tratto piu' ripido, si arriva sulla cima piu' elevata a 3576 m.

Von den Forni aus geht man in Richtung der kleinen künstlichen Staustufe. Man folgt den Hinweisschildern zur Branca-Hütte nach rechts, überquert zunächst eine kleine Brücke über den Cedec-Bach und geht dann auf einem schönen, stets gepflegten Weg links des Frodolfo-Bachs in der Talsohle weiter, bis man ein kleines Plateau erreicht, von dem aus man links die oben gelegene Hütte sehen kann. Dieses Gebiet kann man auch erreichen, wenn man am Anfang der Route am Fuß des kleinen Staudamms vorbeigeht und den Frodolfo-Bach rechts umgeht. Man geht nun nach rechts, über eine kleine Brücke, oder etwas weiter, bei guter Schneelage, kann man den Bach leicht überqueren. Nun folgt man einigen kleinen Mulden und Tälern in südöstlicher Richtung, um in der Nähe einer kleinen tibetischen Brücke das Grundplateau zu erreichen, wo wenig später der Forni-Gletscher beginnt. Man hält sich leicht rechts von der offensichtlichen Mittelmoräne des Forni-Gletschers, folgt ihr fast bis zu ihrem Ende und beginnt dann nach rechts aufzusteigen, wobei man am Fuß der offensichtlichen Felswand vorbeikommt und fast am Rand des Gletschers bleibt. Nachdem man eine steile Gletscherspalte passiert hat, erreicht man ein weites Plateau und steigt in der gleichen Richtung weiter auf, um über einen weiteren kurzen steilen Abschnitt die Basis der versteckten südöstlichen Rinne der Cime di Pejo zu erreichen. Man klettert die gesamte Rinne hinauf und erreicht nach einem letzten kurzen Steilstück (eventuell mit Steigeisen) den Sattel auf 3220 m Höhe. Nun geht es etwa 300 m weiter in östlicher Richtung und dann den breiten, von Seracs und Gletscherspalten umgebenen Hang hinauf, wobei man sich oben nach rechts orientiert. Auf diese Weise gelangt man zur letzten Kuppel, die, wenn man geradeaus in südlicher Richtung weitergeht, den Hauptgipfel auf 3449 m Höhe erreicht, wo kürzlich ein schönes Holzkreuz errichtet wurde. Geht man hingegen in südöstlicher Richtung weiter, so nähert man sich dem flachen Grat und erreicht nach einem letzten kurzen, steileren Stück den höchsten Gipfel auf 3576 m.
