Starting from Arnoga, proceed along path no. 290, the paved road leading to the Altumeira (P4) parking lot. In summer, depending on availability, it is possible to reach this parking lot with your own car by purchasing the ticket at the totem placed at the valley entrance. At the end of the parking lot the paved section ends and a dirt mule track begins that after a short initial section in the woods opens up with a panoramic view of the valley. Continue until reaching a fork, where you must take the downhill road (path no. 292) leading to the plain of Val Dosdè to reach the homonymous alpine pasture (Alpe Dosdè). From here continue on path no. 208 that crosses the stream and leads to Rifugio Federico in Dosdè, the end point of our excursion.

Partendo da Arngoga si procede lungo il sentiero n. 290, la strada asfaltata che conduce al parcheggio di Altumeira (P4). In estate, in base ai posti disponibili, è possibile raggiungere questo parcheggio con la propria auto acquistando il ticket presso il totem posto all'accesso della valle. Alla fine del parcheggio termina il tratto in asfalto e prende il via una mulattiera sterrata che dopo un breve tratto iniziale nel bosco si apre con vista panoramica sulla vallata. Si prosegue fino a raggiungere un bivio, al quale bisogna imboccare la strada a valle (sentiero n. 292) che in discesa porta alla piana della Val Dosdè per giungere fino all'omonima malga (Alpe Dosdè). Da qui si continua sul sentiero N. 208 che attraversa il ruscello e porta al Rifugio Federico in Dosdè, punto di arrivo della nostra escursione.

Ausgehend von Arnoga folgt man dem Weg Nr. 290, der asphaltierten Straße, die zum Parkplatz Altumeira (P4) führt. Im Sommer, je nach Verfügbarkeit der Plätze, ist es möglich, diesen Parkplatz mit dem eigenen Auto zu erreichen, indem man das Ticket am Totem am Eingang des Tales kauft. Am Ende des Parkplatzes endet der Asphaltabschnitt und ein geschotterter Saumpfad beginnt, der nach einem kurzen Abschnitt im Wald mit Panoramablick auf das Tal aufmacht. Man geht weiter bis zu einer Weggabelung, an der man den Weg bergab (Weg Nr. 292) nehmen muss, der zur Ebene des Val Dosdè führt, um bis zur gleichnamigen Alm (Alpe Dosdè) zu gelangen. Von dort setzt man den Weg Nr. 208 fort, der den Bach überquert und zum Rifugio Federico in Dosdè führt, dem Endpunkt unserer Wanderung.
