From the Eira pass we initially pedal on a dirt road and then continue on a path to the most panoramic point of Monte Parè where the view will be total over the entire valley of Livigno, Lake and Val Alpisella and beyond.. we continue going back to the Eira pass where behind the small church we follow the road behind the Alpino hotel pedaling on the Trepalle side we reach the bottom of the valley and pedaling in the direction of the Foscagno pass (short stretch on asphalt 500/600 mt) at the height of the service station we continue on the path in the direction of Val Trela, once we reach the bridge we cross it and continue the descent on the path towards Val Tort to continue following the river, after a short while another bridge will take us to the opposite side of the river making us climb slightly in altitude (a few meters) the A very fun path in the woods will lead us directly to the shores of Lake Livigno., it=Dal Centro di Livigno usiamo la Cabinovia Mottolino per raggiungere la quota ( Top Mottolino ) breve discesa in direzione passo Eira dove iniziamo la nostra pedalata panoramica su Livigno. in alternativa si puo raggiungere il passo Eira da Livigno pedalando su Asfalto (ss 301) o sulla starda della Corta ( sterrato impegnativo ) 30"/45" dipende dall'allenamento e bici anche in E-bike.Dal passo Eira inizialmente pedaliamo su strada sterrata per poi continuare su sentiero fino alla punta più panoramica del Monte Parè dove la vista sarà totale su tutta la valle di Livigno, Lago e val Alpisella ed oltre..  si prosegue tornando indietro al passo Eira dove dietro la piccola chiesetta seguiamo la strada dietro L'albergo Alpino pedalando sul versante di Trepalle si raggiunge il fondo valle e pedalando in direzione passo foscagno ( breve tratto su asfalto 500/600 mt ) allaltezza della stazione di servizio si prosegue sul sentiero in direzione Val Trela, giunti al ponte lo attraversiamo e continuiamo la discesa su sentiero direzione Val Tort per proseguire seguendo il fiume, dopo poco un altro ponte ci porterà sul lato opposto del fiume facendoci salire leggermente di quota ( pochi metri ) il sentiero nel Bosco molto divertente ci condutìrra direttamente sulle sponde del Lago di Livigno., de=Vom Zentrum Livignos aus fahren wir mit der Mottolino-Seilbahn auf den Gipfel (Top Mottolino) und fahren dann eine kurze Abfahrt zum Eira-Pass hinunter, wo unsere Panoramatour über Livigno beginnt. Alternativ kann man den Eira-Pass von Livigno aus auch mit dem Fahrrad auf der Asphaltstraße (SS 301) oder der Corta-Straße (anspruchsvolle Schotterstraße) erreichen (30–45 km, je nach Kondition). Auch ein E-Bike ist möglich. Vom Eira-Pass radeln wir zunächst auf einem Feldweg und dann weiter auf einem Pfad zum Aussichtspunkt Monte Parè, von dem aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick über das gesamte Tal von Livigno, den See und das Alpisella-Tal und darüber hinaus genießt. Wir fahren zurück zum Eira-Pass und folgen hinter der kleinen Kirche der Straße hinter dem Hotel Alpino. Auf der Trepalle-Seite erreichen wir den Talgrund und radeln in Richtung Foscagno-Pass (kurzes Asphaltstück, 500–600 m). Auf Höhe der Raststätte setzen wir unsere Fahrt auf dem Pfad in Richtung Val Trela ​​fort. Sobald wir die Brücke erreichen, überqueren wir sie und setzen die Abfahrt auf dem Pfad in Richtung Val Tort fort, dem Flusslauf folgend. Nach kurzer Zeit führt uns eine weitere Brücke auf die gegenüberliegende Flussseite, wodurch wir einen leichten Höhenunterschied (einige Meter) überwinden. Ein schöner Waldweg führt uns direkt zum Ufer des Livigno-Sees.}}
