The loop route begins and ends in Morbegno, where the Ganda Bridge "graces" the Adda River. The first section - flat - is on the Sentiero Valtellina until Paniga di Morbegno, then there is the obligatory detour on Viale Stelvio / Strada Statale 38 until Ardenno, where signs indicate"Val Masino." The climb-about 8 km and 600 m of positive elevation gain-follows SP 9, crosses the Masino stream at Ponte del Baffo and continues-it's SP 10-to the towns of Cevo and Caspano, the GPM of this tour. Fatigue is over and in sequence the route passes through Chempo, Naguarido and Serone, beautiful nuclei of the Cechs, each with its own bell tower, and stops in the villages of Civo and Mello, really scenic. The descent on the valley floor, with a series of hairpin bends through vineyards and some olive groves, goes in the direction of Traona. La salita - circa 8 km e 600 m di dislivello positivo - segue la SP 9, attraversa il torrente Masino sul Ponte del Baffo prosegue - è la SP 10 - per i centri di Cevo e di Caspano, il GPM di questo tour. La fatica è finita ed in sequenza il percorso passa per Chempo, Naguarido e Serone, bei nuclei dei Cech, ciascuno con il suo campanile, e fa tappa nei paesi di Civo e Mello, davvero panoramici. La discesa sul fondovalle, con una serie di tornanti tra vigne e qualche uliveto, va in direzione di Traona. Il ritorno a Morbegno è di nuovo sul Sentiero Valtellina, con passaggio su un isolotto fluviale di valore naturalistico, Isola della Pescaia o Isola d'Adda.
