Starting from the center of Bormio, the climb to Bormio 2000 is a route of about 9 km with an elevation gain of about 700 meters. The road is fully paved and has constant and regular gradients, making it ideal for targeted training or to warm up your legs. Upon reaching 2000 meters, you enjoy a beautiful view and find yourself in the heart of the ski resort.

In 2004 Damiano Cunego made it famous by winning a stage of the Giro d'Italia and then winning the final pink jersey. The climb leads to 2000 meters, directly on the ski slopes, and is characterized by wide hairpin bends in the forest.

Professionals ride it on rest days between big climbs. Others have to work hard. The view of the MAGNIFICENT EARTH is like a postcard image.

Con partenza dal centro di Bormio, la salita a Bormio 2000 è un percorso di circa 9 km con un dislivello di circa 700 metri. La strada è interamente asfaltata e presenta pendenze costanti e regolari, rendendola ideale per un allenamento mirato o per scaldare le gambe. Arrivati a quota 2000 metri, si gode di un bel panorama e ci si trova nel cuore della stazione sciistica.

Nel 2004 Damiano Cunego l'ha resa celebre vincendo una tappa del Giro d'Italia per poi vincere la maglia rosa finale. La salita porta a quota 2000, direttamente sui campi da sci, ed e' caratterizzata da ampi tornanti nel bosco.

I professionisti la percorrono nei giorni di riposo tra una grande salita e l'altra. Gli altri devono sudarsela tutta. La vista sulla MAGNIFICA TERRA e' come l'immagine di una cartolina.

Die Straße ist komplett asphaltiert und weist konstante und regelmäßige Steigungen auf, was sie ideal für gezieltes Training oder zum Aufwärmen macht. Auf 2000 m Höhe genießt man eine tolle Aussicht und befindet sich im Herzen der Skistation.

2004 machte Damiano Cunego sie berühmt, indem er eine Etappe des Giro d'Italia gewann und später das Rosa Trikot holte. Die Steigung führt direkt zu den Skipisten auf 2000 m und ist von weiten Haarnadelkurven im Wald geprägt.

Profis fahren sie an Ruhetagen zwischen großen Anstiegen. Die anderen müssen sich die Auffahrt hart erarbeiten. Die Aussicht auf das WUNDERBARE LAND ist wie eine Postkartenansicht.
