Simple walk in the middle of nature without straying too far from Sondrio. Brief overview of the historic hamlets Mossini, Arquino, and Ponchiera. You climb up from Piazza Vecchia along the Memory path and then from loc. Gombaro up to Mossini. Then continue on a recently created path until you reach Arquino. From here you can descend retracing the ascent route or close the loop by walking back along the Rusca path passing through Ponchiera until Castel Masegra from where you can descend the Ligari staircase to Piazza Vecchia.
