The route starts from Forcola at about 1500 meters where you can leave your car, from here you continue on foot walking up a comfortable carriage road. Once you arrive at Poverzone, follow the signs on the right for Monte Rolla and take the marked path which in about an hour leads to the Summit from where you can enjoy breathtaking views over both the Orobie and the valley. On clear days, the view extends as far as Monte Rosa. For the descent, follow the west ridge towards the Valdone pass. From there, you can either descend directly along the south side toward the carriage road leading to Lake Colina for about 200 meters of elevation loss, or take the left detour and follow the trail to Alpe Prato Secondo, then rejoin the carriage road and follow the descent path to Poverzone and then back to Forcola
