From Le Prese you go to Frontale and then towards Fumero, up to the Flescia, by vehicles. Then follow along path S518 which leads to Pravadina: from here the mule track becomes steeper. At the Asola huts you can rest for a moment and then walk through a forest of larches, wild alders and rhododendrons until you reach the hamlet of Boero Basso characterized by very beautiful huts set on a panoramic terrace overlooking Alta Valtellina. A little more effort and you reach Pavagn, where a former flat military road reaches Val Fin, a harsh and wild valley beaten by avalanches that in winter descend from Corn up to Pont del Diavol. The route then passes through a well-preserved forest of Swiss stone pines and larches up to the huts of Profa Alta in the municipality of Valdisotto.
