Start from the Ristoro Mottolino, reachable by the homonymous cable car or from the P11 Somp Eira parking lot. There is a short initial climb on a drivable road, then it descends to Camane'l di Planon, a winter rest stop on the ski slopes near the TeolaPianoni Bassi chairlift. This route is the first Flow Country trail ever created in the world and was designed by the famous mountain biker Hans Rey. From here the trail N125 heads south along the edge of the woods, passing Baite'l da la Ble's and Baite'l dal Moton da l'Al. Continuing, the route descends into Val delle Mine, reaches the dirt road at the height of Chese'ira da li Mina and continues to Ristoro Alpe Mine where it is possible to stop for a well-deserved rest and a tasty lunch in a unique natural setting. The possibility of using the Mottolino cable car to reach the altitude encourages mountain bike enthusiasts to pedal on an exciting and very enjoyable singletrail.
