The sentiero de li strìa is a stage that presents no particular difficulty but is quite challenging due to the steepness of its climbs. From Sondalo you ride a flat section on a bicycle path, then turn right, crossing the Bolladore municipal road for a short distance, to take the S494 trail that will take you to Villa Manara and the recent crossing over the Lenasco stream. From here you continue to Mondadizza and then to Scala Valley. The climb becomes more and more challenging until you reach the maggengo of Scala Piana, where the view repays any effort. It proceeds through a descent in the woods until it reaches a small footbridge contextual to a hydraulic intake work. It continues with a final climb, without crossing the stream, ending at the Fontanaccia parking lot at the mouth of the Rezzalo Valley. There are no refreshments or e-bike charging points along this stage.
