After crossing the small village of Monte, take trail N273 characterized by a natural surface road and an ascent. The first stretch crosses a dense fir forest and, after passing the huts in the Campello area, reaches Campaccio. From here, the trail continues to the left along trail N 208 descending to Alpe Zandilla. In the summer period, the communal pasture hosts livestock of various kinds, mainly cows and horses, and in the pastures, it is possible to find several medicinal plants including Achillea moscata, widely used in Alta Valtellina to produce a typical digestive. Check the rules for collection. In the forest, it is easy to find wild blueberry plants and, with some luck, some edible mushrooms. The path continues on trail N273.1 through wide clearings and pastures and, after passing the Pozzech and Brusadei areas, it enters the forest arriving at the meadows near the houses of Monte.
