Starting from the large parking lot at Campo Moro, near the Zoia refuge (2021 m asl), the path next to the refuge skirts the south side of Monte Spundascia, which on one side overlooks the artificial lake, and on the other the wide Campagneda valley. Along some rocky walls polished by glaciers, equipped for climbing, you quickly reach Alpe Campagneda, where, following the signs, you cross the small stream flowing along the valley floor to arrive in just over half an hour at the enchanting Alpe Prabello (2226 m asl), dominated by the majestic mass of Pizzo Scalino. The return follows the same route; however, the more willing can make a loop itinerary that, ascending to the Campagneda small lakes (the first at 2279 m asl), descends from the main valley to reconnect with the original path near the Alpe Campagneda refuges. The itinerary is also recommended for mountain biking enthusiasts, for whom the starting point is the parking area just over a kilometer before Campo Moro, at the dirt road.
