The route to the Pemont Tees is an experience that combines unspoiled nature, breathtaking views and a bit of a challenge, ideal for bikers looking for a mix of beauty and technique.

The adventure begins in the center of Livigno, with a short section on a dirt road that leads you to the bike path, perfect for warming up your legs before the real and only climb of the course. Upon reaching Mottolino, the trail takes a short section of the Teola road, where the main climb begins. The climb, initially on asphalt, alternates between gentle inclines and more challenging sections, until it joins the wide dirt road at Mottolino. This is a steady and rather challenging climb that will not let you rest, with some medium to high gradient sections.

Once you pass the summit, the most rewarding part begins: the descent. The trail plunges into the woods, offering a fun experience with gripping turns. Next, the trail comes out of the forest, flattens out and skirts the edge of the vegetation, and then faces a very short ascent that leads to the first huts of Pemont.

After admiring these magnificent typical constructions, the trail becomes more challenging both technically and physically. The trail narrows and descends steeply into the forest until it crosses a stream on a small bridge. Here the most intense section begins. The trail, which remains narrow, increases its gradient considerably, reaching very steep sections. This segment is short but requires great concentration.

Once past this section, the trail widens and continues on level ground, skirting the last of the Pemont Tees. Then follows the most technical section. the trail re-enters the forest for the last descent, characterized by jumps and gentle turns in the initial part, which evolve into more angular switchbacks in the final section. This descent will take you down to the trail leading to Ponte delle Capre and Val Alpisella.

The route then continues to the Livigno Dairy, rejoining the bike path for the return journey and rejoining the main road that will take you back to your starting point.
