From the center of Livigno, following the Livigno River towards the lake, we tackle a flat stretch that brings us to the start of our tour, characterized by an initial climb on a forest road. Immersed in the larch forest, we reach the Alpisella Pass: Alpine lakes and unique colors will leave you speechless. Next, we ride along a fun single track that takes us to the spectacular source of the Adda River. Resuming the route, along the same single track, we arrive at a glimpse of two immense artificial basins from above: Lake San Giacomo and Lake Cancano. A unique experience awaits: we will cross the most impressive of their dams. After this spectacular point, we find ourselves on the opposite side of the lake, where a short but steep climb leads to a fantastic plateau with green meadows, grazing cows, and a typical mountain hut with mountain pasture products to savor. After a well-deserved break, we continue on another single track, featuring a slightly technical climb, the famous Trela Pass and an adrenaline-filled descent of almost 6km that will take us, fun-filled, to the shores of Lake Livigno.
