Open the door and step into the Stelvio National Park

Santa Caterina Valfurva not only enjoys a beautiful setting but is a strategic location for anyone planning a trip full of adventures in the Stelvio National Park.

Ski the snow sure slopes in winter, including challenging runs like the Deborah Compagnoni piste (named after the homegrown Olympic champion) which also opens for night skiing, and some red and blue runs.  Here you can find comfortable lifts, cosy mountain restaurants, ski schools and rental shops. At 1,738 m above sea level, Santa Caterina offers welcome respite from the heat and humidity of the city in the summer. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the soft breeze from the stream that runs through the village.

Seven places, one special holiday

Bormio, Valfurva, Valdidentro, Valdisotto and Sondalo are all districts in Alta Valtellina. Together with the Stelvio Pass and the village of Santa Caterina Valfurva, they offer an incredible array of attractions and activities that will make your holiday unforgettable.
