The Sentiero de li Strìa is a stage that does not present particular difficulties but is quite demanding due to the slope of its climbs. From Sondalo, you follow a flat stretch on a cycle path, then turn right crossing the Bolladore municipal road for a short section, to take the S494 path which will lead you to Villa Manara and the recent crossing over the Lenasco stream. From there, continue to Mondadizza and then through the Scala Valley. The climb becomes increasingly challenging until you reach the mountain pasture of Scala Piana, where the panorama rewards every effort. Proceed through a descent in the woods until you reach a small footbridge adjacent to a hydraulic intake structure. Continue with a final climb, without crossing the stream, which ends at the Fontanaccia parking lot, at the entrance of the Rezzalo Valley. Along this stage, there are no refreshment points or e-bike charging stations.
