Scale new heights in Bormio

The mountains of Alta Valtellina offer a number of routes for keen alpinists.

Conquer peaks of up to 4,000 m and challenge yourself on mixed terrain with the help and support of local Alpine Guides. All that effort will be rewarded by spectacular views over the Ortler Alps.

Check the Valtellina webcam and plan your excursion. Don’t know where to start? In Valfurva you can take on the undisputed king of the local peaks, Gran Zebrù, or head to the area around the Gavia Pass and scale the Corno dei Tre Signori or Punta Sforzellina via the Battaglione Ortles bivouac, at the foot of Punta San Matteo.
