From the Semogo Sports Centre take the paved N185 road that leads to the village of San Carlo. Near the church cross the Foscagno road and continue along trails N185 N209 then take path N186, the Strada del Bosco because it crosses a densely wooded slope. Following the trail, you reach the Decauville road that connects Arnoga to Cancano. A few hundred metres on towards Cancano, on the left, a track runs to the upper part of the Foscagno Valley, via various isolated mountain huts until just before the Gembre' hut, reached via a bridge over the river. Continuing upstream on the left bank, along the ancient path lined with walls, you reach the main Foscagno road at Angelina. Continue along the road for just less than a kilometre and you reach the Foscagno customs post.
