Departure from the Dairy of Livigno P4 and, continuing along the road path N138, near the Pont da li Ca'bra, take the left turn on path N136. From here the path narrows and ascends, entering the Bosc'ch da la Pre'sa then continues with slight elevation to the Gras da li Vaca. From this point, the trail, still gently uphill, proceeds along the rocky right bank of the Tort stream, passing the hazard of Val de la Mort, until reaching the first houses of Trepalle, in the locality Scte'fan. From here take the left on path N136 leading to the Bait de Pila. A little further, in the locality La Ghe'rfa, is the junction with path N129 coming from Loc. Arneira. Another uphill section then easily reaches the Boche'ta de Tre'la. Continue on path N136 to Alpe Trela, where it is possible to refresh yourself.
