From Arnoga, take the Val Viola by car; inquire at the Valdidentro Municipality about road accessibility or go on foot to reach the parking at Baite Minestra, where the actual excursion begins. From the parking lot, follow trails N290, N148, and N128 ascending to Alpe Funera. Continue uphill through a sort of picturesque gorge until you reach the Shepherd's Hut. After crossing the watercourse, climb the grassy slope to a hill. Now head north on a less steep path; after passing a hollow, you arrive at Passo della Vallaccia, open between Monte Forcellina and Pizzo Zembrasca. Descend through pastures on a marked trail down to the green valley floor. After a good stretch, you reach Malga Vallaccia. From the malga, a road leads to Ponte del Re'z at Trepalle. This excursion is within the SCI 'Val Viola Bormina Glacier of Cima dei Piazzi'.
