It runs along the slopes overlooking the valley floor, crossing areas cultivated with apple orchards and vineyards, chestnut groves, and terraces, once farmed, which testify to the architecture and work carried out by local people in managing the territory. The route can connect with the Sentiero Valtellina cycle and pedestrian path, allowing circular routes that offer multiple possibilities for travel, adapting to the different needs of the hiker. Signage on the circuit: the entire route is supported by vertical informative signage with notice boards, panels, direction signs, and by horizontal or supportive signage with red and white marker flags and directional arrows, conforming to the national hiking signage. The Castle Path Circuit is characterized by numerous beauties that allow you to experience the Valtellina mountain territory. The route is set among apple orchards, mid-slope broadleaf forests, allowing direct contact with the culture and typical tradition of our territory. Churches, castles, towers are a rich virtuous heritage characterizing this part of Valtellina.
