Stelvio Family Trek: Ring Bormio - Ciuk - Platform

This loop route takes you from the center of Bormio to discover the surroundings of the town with a varied and scenic route, suitable for families and walkers with a good level of physical fitness. Especially the first part, although easy, has significant inclines.

The hike begins with an ascent from the heart of the village in the direction of Feleit and Campolungo, passing through attractive wooded areas that offer cool shelter on hot days.

The well-marked trail runs on varying gradients between steep and some gentler sections.The glimpse of Camplong will allow you to enjoy the scenery without too much effort. Once you reach the resort of Ciuk, a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks and the entire Bormio basin opens up. The return is made along the convenient carriage road that descends to the hamlet of Piatta, and from there, following the last stretch of road to Bormio 2,000, you return to the starting point.
