From the P12 Pont da Rez parking lot, take trail N127. The first section consists of a winding ascent, after which the trail continues easily, running parallel to the state highway that passes through the village of Trepalle. You’ll first reach the Tea del Somarin, then cross the plaza at the Trepalle chairlift and skirt the village of Sgembre’ until you reach the Eira So’mp Eira Pass. From here, descend along the “Corta,” an ancient mule track that led to Bormio, marked by the Stations of the Cross. Passing through a forest of centuries-old larch trees, you’ll reach the valley floor in Livigno, in the Pont da Bondi area.
