From the Calche'ira Bridge P3 take path N167 along the left-hand side of the Fedari'a stream: the path is fully restored and easy to walk. A short distance later you reach a green open space, Lule'ta, ideal for picnics and barbecues. The path continues through forest scenery on the left-hand side of the valley, with meadows, houses, 'tee' and the little church of Federia on the right-hand side. You then come to the green space of Plan da l'Isole'ta. Continue until the path turns off for the Cascia'na Refuge, and shortly after for the Baite'l da li Che'seira Ve'glia. From here it is an easier path up to the Chese'ira da Fedari'a. Take path N163 on the left-hand side up to the intersection with path N162, to the ski area served by the Federia chairlift, then on first to Al Laghe't and then to the Carosello 3000 refuge.
