Starting from Ciuk in Valdisotto, follow path S540 and, at the first junction, continue along path S543 via Fontanalonga and Bormio 2000. In Comane the trail joins path S543.1 until you reach La Rocca. From here continue to the right along path S542, coming first to the Malge Vallecetta and then Boero. Continue on path S521 and, after the picnic area, follow path S543. Cross the wooden bridge over the Rio Vallecetta to Strambeca. Continue along the same trail and pass through Baitecia, Lecia, Bormio 2000 and Fontanalonga to path S540, which brings you to Ciuk. The tour leads through forests of fir and pine interspersed with sections along the ski pistes on the slopes of Monte Vallecetta.
