Leave the car at loc. San Giuseppe in a convenient parking area. Follow the signs for trail no. 321. At first, descend a few dozen meters to the Mallero Stream, which is crossed on a comfortable wooden footbridge. At this point, start to climb along a steep switchback trail. The ascent is short but intense; in a few kilometers you must cover an elevation gain of about 600 meters. The view of the waters of Lago Lagazzuolo, the destination of this hike, richly rewards the effort.
