Departure from parking lot P6 La Tresge'nda and an initial stretch on an asphalt road until Pont da l'Al. The road from here becomes dirt and climbs switchbacks in the larch and fir forest on trail N119, rich in botanical variety. Going up, you reach Chese'iera da li Mina and, continuing on a short easy stretch, you arrive at Chese'ira dal Gras di Agne'i and the adjacent Ristoro Alpe Mine for a tasty break. From here, you take trail N116 which runs along the stream then climbs a ridge on the right side of the valley where it intersects trail N114 leading to 2,787 m above sea level of I Lach da Li Mi'na. Proceeding with some caution, the trail, just marked, crosses a glacier section to reach Boche'ta dal Co'rn da li Ca'bra. Then descend on trail N114 towards Val Ne'ira with passage by the eponymous waterfalls and return, first to Chese'ira dal Vach and, after a stretch of road, to parking lot P8.
