Bormio 360 Trekking - Stage 3 - Sentiero del Conte

Medium-length but very rewarding stage, with a wide variety of landscapes and environments. It starts with a cool flat section, then descends along the road that leads to Val Verva and climbs up to the summer pasture Verva Bassa. From here the route leaves the road and crosses the Rio Verva along trail N289, entering the Bosco del Conte. Upon reaching Val Cardonè, continue on the road that will take you to Alpe Boron, where it is possible to refresh yourself and also stay overnight. The route continues along the road to Alpe Prei, then circles Dosso le Pone and reaches Alpe le Pone, a panoramic spot over Valdidentro. One final effort, and continuing along trail N209 you reach the summit of the Valdidentro ski area slopes, and from there, following the clear path, it ends at the panoramic Malga San Colombano.

From the Malga, descend to Forte di Oga where you can get your car, and summer public transport requires a 1:20 hour walk.
