The route starts from the P8 Al Vach parking lot and follows a stretch of road sent. N101, flat, up to the Che'seira dal Vach. From here, take the trail on the left side towards Val Ne'ira, through a forest overlooking the Crosc da Val Ne'ira. The arrival at the Val Ne'ira waterfall is very impressive, the confluence point of the dala Vale'ta stream with the Val Ne'ira stream. At this point, take sent. N114, on the left side of the valley, characterized by grassy pastures and the majestic view of the glaciers. The trail, marked with blazes, becomes challenging and suitable for good hikers, leading to the Boche'ta dal Co'rn dali Ca'bra. From here, descend on a snowy stretch, crossing the Vedre'ta da li Mina and arriving at the Lach dali Mina. Then continue the descent, which becomes gentler only when reaching Chese'ira dal Gras di Agne'i and then becomes a road on sent. N119 up to Pont da l'Al and then to the P6 La Tresge'nda parking lot.
