Departure from parking lot P3 Calche'ira towards Val Salie'nt on trail N175 dedicated to the mountain guide of Livigno, Lodovico Cusini. The first part of the route is characterized by a larch forest, rich in alpine flowers up to the height of Mesce'nt, after which the trail becomes more challenging and steep. Upon reaching Baite'l da la Sascia, turn left and climb to the Boche'ta da Tropion at an altitude of 2,782 m above sea level, marking the border with Swiss territory. Ahead is a landscape and vegetation typical of high mountain areas. This protected area of the Stelvio National Park, bordering the Swiss National Park, is rich in botanical and faunal species.
